Hi! People are saying you can't sell a room. Well you can! Just tap an empty space in the room you're deleting. A notice should show up. It will tell you whatever is in that room will be moved to inventory. Press CHECK Mark. You get money and the town value doesn't change.

It' s not possible to sell the room! It will COST you money to delete it. You can however sell items contained within a room if you don't need them. If you put them in your inventory instead of selling you can move items from house to house for a minimal cost.

this wont work u have to pay to take away rooms but u can mova a sim into a different house and then u can add a sim for the amount of an empty lot

To get easy money plant carrots or corn. Carrots cost three dollars , gives you twenty eight dollars when you collect them and takes five mins. Corn costs eleven dollars, gives you a hundred dollars
when you collect them and takes thirty minutes. If you aren't patient I would reccomend the carrots. If you want to plant carrots plant it six or four times i would reccomend six times. If you want to plant corn do it as many times as you want!

To have babies first buy crib from the nursery section and you need two sims to get married first.then tap on the crib and create your baby and enjoy.

To delete rooms you need to click the middle of the room( whilst In The add or expand a room on build )and then press the red button don't just move the walls in because that costs!! :D hope this helps!

To have a baby,You need to be at least in level 10 or above.Your sim have to get marry before you can get a baby.
To Get your sim marry to each other,you have to follow this step:

1.Complete all the task given(etc:buy a TV or other)
2.Keep complete the task until you reach the "Get Engaged" goal.But you need to be in "Partner" Relationship.
3.Click on the sim that you like,click "Propose marriage"(You can choose ring to get engaged,more Expensive the ring,The greater chance your partner saying "YES"(ATTENTION:after that,your sim have to move in together in order to get marry)
4.Keep doing some romantic thing on the sim that you want to get marry until you reach the relationship called "Married"
5.Simply buy a Crib and tap on the crip to create a Baby.

yeah,i also doing that.selling the room and put the thing in ur bag(You may need it when you buy other house for other sims.btw the things is not costly when u want to sell it).but i always doing it on the first level.well,the reason is when you in the first or second,the house is usually around 500$-1000$(when you had your third or fourth sim)..just buy the most low rank house(the studio) not other...even the house is 500$ but actually the house is worth more about 1000-1500.Just keep buying the studio and then sell the room.You may need to delete your sim that you created and also demolish your house if you want to do it again.To delete Sim,Simply go to place where you change cloth and then click the red button over your avatar head...Good luck
