The top girl 'energy' is based on the time on your device... So you change the actual time on your device and the energy will fill up (depending on how far you move the time forward). But the games knows that your cheating and stops giving you jobs to do

I used the changing time method and the game stopped
Sending quests and it went funny so I would say there isn't really a cheat for this. I would recommend NOT changing the time other wise you would have to wait even longer like I did and trust me you don't want to wait 458:90:10

Concerning using the cheat and it "messing with the time on it [the game]" and forcing people to wait something like, "458:90:10" is only partially true. Let's say while using the cheat you had advanced the game ahead by one week. Obviously you're going to reselect auto-set on your device's clock after you've had your fill with playing the game for the day. When you decide to play again kissing will take one week to recharge. HOWEVER, this isn't a problem. All you do is change your device's time ahead one week again and pick up where you left off. You don't have to wait an entire week to be able to kiss again. If you advanced a month, just manually advance your device's time one month. Follow me? I actually like this because you don't lose any completed progress and if you can't play for awhile because you're busy, you don't have to worry about your boyfriend getting sad because he'll be like 630/100 on his love meter. (As soon as you advance again, he'll go back to normal).
