Question for Top Girl

I have the same issue as someone else. I have reached the goal of "Get a boyfriend with atleast 140 manliness!" I have a closet size of 138, and three stars for ALL available jobs and I still can't get access to lvl 5 of club zen, career or the shop. What do I do from here?
