Level 25 is the last level until a new Update arrives

You have to wait for the next Update. You will be leveled up then. They do keep track of your XP so don't be worried about losing it and having to start level 26 with zero.

All levels include a quest to build something using Money not Donuts so until more Updates for levels are made you have to keep collecting money that will help and keep expanding
