Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

It says I can buy Buildings and Characters with Santa Coins. I have tons of Santa Coins and can only decorate and buy Funzos. I want to buy the buildings and characters as promised. How do I buy them with Santa Coins?

You can only buy the special Xmas Buildings with Santa coins like the maple store and the bowlerama. These however are only available at certain levels and after you have completed the relevant quests. I hope this helps.
Add 8EastboundMonkey I have a level 24 Springfield with most Buildings and Characters. Just a few more premiums to finish
