I can't log in to my Springfield someone help.my email address is not registering and I keep getting signed in anonymously starting me back at the beginning of the game. Even though I'm able to visit my Springfield on my boyfriends iPad. Anyone have any suggestions please I was on level24

ANSWERS

You might have to delete and reinstall the app. Also it depends on the model of your ipad. EA has stopped running the game on 1st and 2nd generation divices and also on IOS 4.3 or lower because of their upgrades on improving the game. Hoped this might have helped. Happy holidays.

I use to have the sme prob cnt login to my Simpsons tapped on my iPhone so I switch off ma fone wait a few mins then turn it back on then go on the game and it shows the icon to login.and it happen to me more than once jus switch off you're device for abit. Hope answer help to you all with this probz xx
