How do I build moes tavern? It's askin me to build it but when I click on it it's locked??

ANSWERS

You have to wait until the other buildings are built before Moe's tavern can be built. For example you need to build the androids dungeon, then you get the comic book guy. Then after his quest is done he will direct you to build the java server. Once this is done, Homer will direct you to build Moe's tavern. This will take you 24 hrs each for the two buildings plus about 12 hours for the quests in between the building of the two buildings.

After getting Androids Dungeon I had to purchase a gazebo and have CBG attend a Mensa meeting. When this task was completed I was prompted to build Java. When this was done he had to visit the Java. When this was completed I was able to build Moes.

I am almost level 22, and do not even have any indication of passion of Flanders pt 1, much less the church. I do have moe's tavern build showing as a quest. From the hell house, but still won't unlock to allow me to build.
What does Flanders have to do that instigates the passion of the Flanders pt 1 quest?

Passion of Flanders involved making Homer go to church, then Bart, Lisa and Millhouse. I think there was a counseling session with Lovejoy too...
