Question for The Simpsons: Tapped Out

I lost my springfield!!! Been on level 20 for ages, building a big city! The I suddently lost it.. I log in and I'm back at the beginning! How do I get my damn city back?? I'm not starting over!!!!!

Same thing happened to me ,I started a new city :( I later signed in on origin and behold my original city hope that helps

Same thing happened to me. Month of work gone to waste, tried logging out then back in but didn't work.

It just happened to me, about 12 hours ago. I've deleted and reinstalled it a few times, logged in and out or origin; I'm even getting notifications from my Springfield but every tine I go back in, it's at the start.
Origin recognises me ok, but I always get that message about my other console not saving my Content; I've only ever played it on one iPad. If I choose 'ok' instead of 'play now', I just get the start screen thinking... So pissed.
Hopefully it will pop back into existence before I have an aneurism...I'm going to have to find and outlet for my rage, as I can't be bothered to start fresh! :D

Same question as other people. My grandson plays this game and loves it, now it's back to the beginning, why? Not starting it again! Can I get it back?

I can get you guys new Towns with Donuts and Money, I can get you back up to the levels you were at but won't do every single mission in the game. Go to YouTube and search for Alphonzedog. No lie. I have plenty of comments from satisfied people. It is totally free as I have lost my game before and know how much it sucks.

I was on level 20 logged out from my iPad but forgot my password, so I set up a new one from the email I received.
Now that I log in through the new password it comes up with my username I had before but I'm back to number 1.
How can I get back to where I was as I've gone to far. Thanks
