Ok. So to get the OP Terra Blade, you have to be in Hard Mode; Meaning you have beat WoF (Wall of Flesh). Then you are going to wanna defeat at LEAST 1 mechanical boss (all three on PC) then there is a chance that a Solar Eclipse will happen (on PC you can summon a Solar Eclipse with a solar tablet) and there's a 1 in a few thousand chance that some of the enemies will drop a broken hero sword (oh yeah, I forgot to mention, you need The Excalibur and the Knights Edge) theeeen once you have TWO broken hero swords, craft True Excalibur and True Knights Edge! Once you have crafted that, make a different world, defeat WoF again and get another Solar Eclipse and 2 more broken hero swords (just one broken hero sword on PC) and go to a mythril or any type of hard mode ore anvil and go to the weapons section and, BAM YOU GOT TERRA BLADE. YAYAYAY!

He asked A TERROR BLADE not terra blade. Terror blade is only on pc . Its a posy moon lord broadsword. Check the wiki for more info
