Updates


As Dragon City has been a popular game for a long time now, it has also received regular updates from the game's developers. Below you can see a list of all the Dragons that have been added to the game to date, as well as the additional buildings below:

Spicy Dragon:
The Spicy Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2012. You can breed it by combining Fire and Plant Dragons (this can also result in a Firebird dragon). It takes 10 hours to hatch and costs 150 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Storm Dragon:
The Storm Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2012. You can breed it by combining Water and Electric Dragons (this can also result in a Lantern Fish dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 500 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 10,000 Gold.

Waterfall Dragon:
The Waterfall Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2012. You can breed it by combining Earth and Water Dragons (this can also result in a Mud dragon). It takes 4 hours to hatch and costs 150 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Cactus Dragon:
The Cactus Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2012. You can breed it by combining Earth and Plant Dragons (this can also result in a Tropical dragon). It takes 8 hours to hatch and costs 200 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Coral Dragon:
The Coral Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2012. You can breed it by combining Plant and Water Dragons (this can also result in a Nenufar Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 750 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 10,000 Gold.

Mojito Dragon:
The Mojito Dragon was added to Dragon City in June 2012. You can breed it by combining Plant and Ice Dragons (this can also result in a Dandelion Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 375 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Ice Cream Dragon:
The Ice Cream Dragon was added to Dragon City in June 2012. You can breed it by combining Water and Ice Dragons (this can also result in an Icecube Dragon). It takes 16 hours to hatch and costs 250 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Chameleon Dragon:
The Chameleon Dragon was added to Dragon City in June 2012. You can breed it by combining Earth and Electric Dragons (this can also result in a Star Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 350 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 10,000 Gold.

Hot Metal Dragon:
The Hot Metal Dragon was added to Dragon City in June 2012. You can breed it by combining Electric and Fire Dragons (this can also result in a Laser Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 350 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 100,000 Gold.

Snowflake Dragon:
The Snowflake Dragon was added to Dragon City in June 2012. You can breed it by combining Earth and Ice Dragons (this can also result in an Alpine Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 350 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Seashell Dragon:
The Seashell Dragon was added to Dragon City in June 2012. You can breed it by combining Water and Metal Dragons (this can also result in a Mercury Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 350 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Moose Dragon:
The Moose Dragon was added to Dragon City in June 2012. You can breed it by combining Electric and Ice Dragons (this can also result in a Fluorescent Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 250 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Dragonfly Dragon:
The Dragonfly Dragon was added to Dragon City in July 2012. You can breed it by combining Metal and Plant Dragons (this can also result in a Jade Dragon). It takes 16 hours to hatch and costs 250 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 5,000 Gold.

Venom Dragon:
The Venom Dragon was added to Dragon City in July 2012. You can breed it by combining Earth and Dark Dragons (this can also result in a Headgehog Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 350 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 10,000 Gold.

Steampunk Dragon:
The Steampunk Dragon was added to Dragon City in July 2012. You can breed it by combining Flame and Metal Dragons (this can also result in a Medieval Dragon). It takes 8 hours to hatch and costs 250 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 100,000 Gold.

Dark Fire Dragon:
The Dark Fire Dragon was added to Dragon City in July 2012. You can breed it by combining Dark and Flame Dragons (this can also result in a Vampire Dragon). It takes 12 hours to hatch and costs 450 Gems if you purchase it. You can sell it for 10,000 Gold.

Paladin Dragon:
The Paladin Dragon was added to Dragon City in July 2012. You receive it upon reaching Level 10 in a different game, Social Empires. Then it will be unlocked for you, free of charge. You are able to sell it, however, for 5,000 Gold.   

Robot Dragon:
The Robot Dragon was added to Dragon City in July 2012. You receive it upon reaching Level 10 in a different game, Social Wars. Then it will be unlocked for you, free of charge. You are able to sell it, however, for 5,000 Gold.

Butterfly Dragon:
The Butterfly Dragon was added to Dragon City in August 2012. You receive it from the Dragon Potion challenge, or by reaching Level 20 in a different game, Social Empires. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Pure Plant Dragon:
The Pure Plant Dragon was added to Dragon City in August 2012. You can breed it by combining Pure and Plant Dragons. It takes 48 hours to hatch and can be sold for 10,000 Gold.

Pure Earth Dragon:
The Pure Earth Dragon was added to Dragon City in August 2012. You can breed it by combining Pure and Earth Dragons. It takes 48 hours to hatch and can be sold for 10,000 Gold.

Pure Fire Dragon:
The Pure Fire Dragon was added to Dragon City in August 2012. You can breed it by combining Pure and Fire Dragons. It takes 48 hours to hatch and can be sold for 10,000 Gold.

Pure Water Dragon:
The Pure Water Dragon was added to Dragon City in August 2012. You can breed it by combining Pure and Water Dragons. It takes 48 hours to hatch and can be sold for 10,000 Gold.

Sky Dragon:
The Sky Dragon was added to Dragon City in September 2012. You can get it in a number of ways. You can breed it after buying the formula from the Deus Vault, which is Fire and Water or Electric and Fire. You can also get it from Earth and Electric if both parents are Level 10 or higher. You also receive it after the Dragon Potions Challenge. It takes 20 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Chinese Dragon:
The Chinese Dragon was added to Dragon City in September 2012. You can only receive it from the Carnival Game. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Wizard Dragon:
The Wizsard Dragon was added to Dragon City in October 2012. This was a unique, one-time only Dragon, for which you had to play the Carnival Game between October 12th and October 14th 2012. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Two-Headed Dragon:
The Two-Headed Dragon was added to Dragon City in October 2012. This was a unique, one-time only Dragon, for which you had to play the Carnival Game between October 17th and October 22nd. It can be bred once you have bought the formula from the Deus Vault, which is Earth or Plant plus Dark. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold

Bat Dragon:
The Bat Dragon was added to Dragon City in October 2012. You can obtain it using the Wheel of Fortune, breed if after buying the forumla from the Deus Vault, which is Earth plus Metal or Dark plus Earth. You can also breed it using Dark and Earth if both parents are at least Level 15. It takes 20 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Uncle Sam Dragon:
The Uncle Sam Dragon was added to Dragon City in October 2012. You can only get it by recruiting ten new friends to Dragon City. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Evil Pumpkin Dragon:
The Evil Pumpkin Dragon was added to Dragon City in October 2012. You are able to purchase it for 1,000 Gems, or it was able to be won in the Wheel of Fortune between 28th October and 1st November 2012. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 200,000 Gold.

Plankton Dragon:
The Plankton Dragon was added to Dragon City in October 2012. You were able to get it via the Carnival Game between October 25th and October 29th 2012. You can also buy the formula for it from the Deus Vault, which is Plant and Earth or Water and Plant. It takes 20 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Viking Dragon:
The Viking Dragon was added to Dragon City in November 2012. It was available via the Wheel of Fortune between November 1st and November 4th 2012. You can also buy the formula for it from the Deus Vault, which is Fire or Ice plus Water or Ice. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Jelly Dragon:
The Jelly Dragon was added to Dragon City in November 2012. It was available via the Wheel of Fortune between November 8th and November 12th 2012. You can also buy the formula for it from the Deus Vault, which is Earth and Fire or Water and Earth. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Block Dragon:
The Block Dragon was added to Dragon City in December 2012. It is available from the Winter Casino. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Music Dragon:
The Music Dragon was added to Dragon City in December 2012. It is available from the Winter Casino, or can be bred with Fire and Electric Dragons when the parents are Level 15 or over. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Aurora Dragon:
The Aurora Dragon was added to Dragon City in December 2012. It was available from the Winter Casino, between December 27th 2012 and January 1st 2013. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Ninja Dragon:
The Ninja Dragon was added to Dragon City in December 2012. It was available from the Winter Casino, between December 20th 2012 and December 24th 2012. You can also breed it if you purchase the fomula from the Deus Vault, which is Plant or Metal plus Water or Metal. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Ice and Fire Dragon:
The Ice and Fire Dragon was added to Dragon City in December 2012. It was available from the Dragon Black Market between December 14th and December 18th 2012. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Deep Forest Dragon:
The Deep Forest Dragon was added to Dragon City in December 2012. It was available from the Dragon Black Market between December 6th and December 10th 2012. It can also be bred using Plant and Earth dragons that are Level 15 or over. It takes 12 houts to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Great White Dragon:
The Great White Dragon was added to Dragon City in January 2013. It was available from the Winter Casino, and you could also breed it after buying the formula in the Deus Vault, which is Electric or Metal and Ice. You can breed one using Earth and Ice dragons over Level 10. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Paradise Dragon:
The Paradise Dragon was added to Dragon City in January 2013. It was available on the Dragon Black Market at the end of January 2013. You can also breed it using Plant and Fire Dragons over Level 10.

Carnival Dragon:
The Carnival Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It was available on the Dragon Black Market between February 7th and February 12th 2013. You can also breed it using Metal and Fire dragons over Level 15.

Jellyfish Dragon:
The Jellyfish Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It was only available through the Pirate Treasure Hunt minigame between February 9th and February 28th 2013. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Octopus Dragon:
The Octopus Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It was only available through the Pirate Treasure Hunt minigame between February 9th and February 21st 2013. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 20,000 Gold.

Brontosaurus Dragon:
The Brontosaurus Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It was available through the Dinosaur Island Mini-Game between February 28th and March 20th 2013. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Dujur Dragon:
The Dujur Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It is available by learning the formula through the Deus Vault for 1,500 Gems. The formula is Fire or Ice plus Electric). It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Hydra Dragon:
The Hydra Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 21st February and 25th April 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Love Dragon:
The Love Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It was available as a Valentines Day surprise, exclusively through the Black Market, between February 14th and February 19th 2013. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Prisma Dragon:
The Prisma Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 28th February and 4th March 2013. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

T-Rex Dragon:
The T-Rex Dragon was added to Dragon City in February 2013. It was available through the Dinosaur Island event between 28th February and 20th March 2013. It takes 20  hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Centipede Dragon:
The Centipede Dragon was added to Dragon City in March 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 15th March and 18th March 2013. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Emerald Dragon:
The Emerald Dragon was added to Dragon City in March 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 8th March and 12th March 2013. It can be bred using Plant and Metal when both parents are over Level 15.

Lava Dragon:
The Lava Dragon was added to Dragon City in March 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 20th March and 25th March 2013. It can be bred using Fire, Earth and Dark dragons, as long as the parents are over Level 20. It takes 20 hours to hatch and can be sold for 10,000 Gold.

Mars Dragon:
The Mars Dragon was added to Dragon City in March 2013. It was available through the Alien Island event between 28th March and 18th April 2013. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Ruby Dragon:
The Ruby Dragon was added to Dragon City in March 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 28th March and 2nd April 2013. It can be bred using Fire and Metal dragons once both parents are over Level 15. It takes 20 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

St. Patrick's Dragon:
The St. Patrick's Dragon was added to Dragon City in March 2013 to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. It was available through the St. Patrick's Day event after recruiting 3 friends. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Angry Dragon:
The Angry Dragon was added to Dragon City in April 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 4th April and 8th April 2013. You can also breed it using any combination of Plant, Fire and Earth, as long as the parents are above Level 20. It takes 20 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Chainmail Dragon:
The Chainmail Dragon was added to Dragon City in April 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 11th April and 15th April 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 200,000 Gold.

Diamond Dragon:
The Diamond Dragon was added to Dragon City in April 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 18th April and 22nd April 2013. It can be bred using Plant, Earth or Water dragons as long as the parents are over Level 20. It takes 20 hours to hatch and can be sold for 100,000 Gold.

Gargoyle Dragon:
The Gargoyle Dragon was added to Dragon City in April 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 26th April and 30th April 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Joker Dragon:
The Gargoyle Dragon was added to Dragon City in April 2013. It was available only through the April Fools' event by recruiting 3 friends. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Mummy Dragon:
The Mummy Dragon was added to Dragon City in April 2013. It was available through the Egyptian Island event between 26th April and 18th May 2013. Complete the Undead section of the event to get it. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Pharaoh Dragon:
The Pharaoh Dragon was added to Dragon City in April 2013. It was available through the Egyptian Island event between 26th April and 18th May 2013. Complete the Blessed by Ra section of the event to get it. It takes 12 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Sphynx Dragon:
The Sphynx Dragon was added to Dragon City in April 2013. It was available through the Egyptian Island event between 26th April and 18th May 2013. Complete the Carved in Stone section of the event to get it. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Blue Dragon:
The Blue Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 2nd May and 6th May 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Burning Dragon:
The Burning Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 31st May and 3rd June 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 100,000 Gold.

Cerberus Dragon:
The Cerberus Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2013. It was available through the Dungeon Island event between 28th May and 25th June 2013. Complete The Guardian stage of the event to get it. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 100,000 Gold.

Demon Dragon:
The Demon Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2013. It was available from the Dungeon Island event between 28th May and 25th June 2013. Complete the Final Battle stage of the event to get it. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 100,000 Gold.

Glacial Dragon:
The Glacial Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 23rd May and 27th May 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Lightning Dragon:
The Lightning Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 9th May and 13th May 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Wurm Dragon:
The Wurm Dragon was added to Dragon City in May 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 16th May and 20th May 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 5,000 Gold.

Treasure Dragon:
The Treasure Dragon was added to Dragon City in June 2013. It was available through the Dragon Black Market between 6th June and 10th June 2013. It takes 16 hours to hatch and can be sold for 100,000 Gold.



[u]Buildings:[/u]

Kindergarten:
The Kindergarten was added in June 2012, and is basically a place to store your baby Dragons. While there, they do not make any money for you and cannot be bred. It is more of a storage facility than anything else. It costs 30,000 Gold to purchase, and earns 30,000 Experience. You need 5 Friends to be able to build it.

Training Center:
The Training Center was added in July 2012. It is available at Level 20, and lets you teach a dragon four new attacks to be used in battle. It costs 500,000 Gold, and earns 20,000 Experience. Dragons have to be Level 15 before you are able to train them.
