In my opinion, Jigglypuff is easily the best character. He may look a bit doofy, but he makes KOs super easy! All you have to do is get close to an enemy and use his Rest attack (down and B).
Once or twice and your foe is dead with minimal damage to yourself.
Doing this, I guarantee that you can consistently win against even skill-level-9 CPU players. Even 3 CPU vs 1 (team battle) is easy!
