Free play not working

For some reason it won't let me play on free play. It worked before and I tried playing on freeplay by clicking on bust out but it sent me right into the actual game and when you first see the menu all it says is bust out or credits it doesn't say free play! Please help.

This happens because you don't have a saved file of Bust Out. You must have a previous saved game of Bust out in order to start a freeplay game. This is because in Bust out you have to use that in order to unlock new items and clothes for your sim. If you don't have anything accomplished on the Bust out mode then it is really pointless to actually play on the freeplay section of the game. The Sims company added this so that you would actually play the game in order to then just play for no real reason.
