So I just beat Izzy, and I got two markers from her. The first one said that I can put an extra impound strike on my car. The second one said that I can get a car from the impound. What does that mean? Does it mean I can get my car back when it gets impounded? Or does it mean I can get a car from the impound lot? And if I can get a car from the impound lot where is it?
