You're game must have broke. Have you tried taking the disc out and blow hot breath slowly(before you do it, mouthwash)on the disc. With a clean shirt wipe the bottom of the disc.

I have the same problem whit webster. You need to delete 1 of your cars on "My cars" menu in the principal menu. Or maybe you can try choosing other marker.
