Can someone PLEASE tell me where the Observatory Room is?!
 
 I know it is on floor 2, I just cannot find it anywhere on floor 2.
 
 Oh yeah-if you help me please explain as simple as possible.

Okay, when you go up the stairs from the first floor, just follow the hallway. The Astral Hall is the first door you come to. Go in, and solve the mystery, and go in the door on the right. You'll be in the Observatory. If you don't know what to do, check out my answer to the question somewhere above yours.

I completely agree with luiginumberone. But I'm going to tell you how to solve the mystery! First, light all the candles. Then, you put out the candles or something and it makes the candles turn purple and they go out. Then you have to beat some ghosts, and then open the box and get what's in there.(I don't want to spoil the surprise, not that it's anything unusual,)If you notice, there's a boo in the room, he has 100 hp! Beat him, then go to the next room and follow luiginumberone's instructions.
