Hi I was wondering where do I get the fire element so I can light the floating candle?
Please help me!!!!

It's in the Mirror Room (1F) via the Fortune Teller's Room (1F)...

You'll have to beat all of the ghosts using the large mirror in the room...

Then open the chest to get the Fire Element Medal (now you can use the L button to blow fire and light the floating candle to reveal Shivers the Butler)...

Then vacuum the candles on the right hand side of the room for a flame/fire spirit to come out !!!
