Im stuck. I caught the dancing couple and now I just keep walking around trying to figure out what to do next.
 
 The butler is walking around but i have only caught 2 boos.
 
 So I don't think I can even catch him yet.
 
 Where do I get my next key?
 
 Please help.

You need to enter the storage room.

The door to it is at the front of the room to the right.

Hello, I know that you already pressed the button to unlock the boos cuz you said that you have two.
I have an answer for you you got to have five boos, try looking in the baby's room that is named chauncey.

The mother Lidya and the father neville and then when you have all 5 boos go to the wash room where you try to open the door.

It says that it's occupied and actually he does not want to get out because he is afraid of the boos (thats toad).

Talk to him and open the toilet and there is your next key.

Yeah - that part's kinda tricky - I got stuck there too...

What you need to do is go back to the Storage Room - via/through the Ball Room...

In that small room - with the boxes/crates in the corner - turn around and on the wall where the door is - there is a SWITCH to push - use your X button to go to first person view and take a look at the wall - then go over to the button and push it with the A button...

Next - the wall on the left will move - so go for a little walk - you'll find a poster on the far wall - suck it up boy - R button - and then press that switch - A button - and take a breather...

My mistake, I just realized I answered this wrong previously: since you already have 2 Boos, you've already done this. You have to catch Boos until you have 5 or more, then go to the Washroom where there previously was an "Occupied" message when you tried to open the door. Talk to Toad, check the toilet, and there's your key.
