How do you unlock the butler's room please help me I really stuck.

To unlock it, you must have the fire medallion. Set the floating candles on fire and the butler should unlock the room

Light up the candles using vaccumed fire. To do this, you first need to find the fire medallion, that lets you vaccum and expulse fire. There's also two more medallions, the ice and the water medallions. Hope this helped you!
