completed numerous times, all markers are RANDOM if you try it again it moves. Save game then try again it's time consuming but very worthwhile if you want good cars without having to fork out lots of money..

This is inaccurate. The blacklist pinkslip car is rarely in the same position. More than often it is random and never in the exact position as another players set.

the locations for pink slips are ALL RANDOM. plain and simple.
Best way to achieve the car might be pain some for those having hard time with the blacklist, but you save the game before you jump in against your challenge, once you beat him/her you get the 2 chances, pick the 2 randoms, if u don't get it restart game and try the marker you didn't choose and I'd suggest using the the last marker on parts for engine (which gives free upgrade to 1 of any car, your choice)
