I'm on level 4 mission (rock star) and I can't impress the local band leader how do I, who is it, and how much do I have to get her relation up.please help.

You need to get your relationship up with Vera Vex I think it needs to be 30-40

You have to raise your relashinship with vera vex. You have to have Rel 50 with her. Hope this helps.
