Question for The Sims Bustin Out

I just got this game for christmas. I am at the end of level 2, trying to go on to level 3.

I don't know why it won't let me.

I have cleared my thing out of uncle's house and took them to the clock tower and unloaded them to my pocket.

Am I supposed to put them somewhere before I can go on?

You have to return the crate, its another option when you go to open the crate.
