You can't go to paradise island it's a place where everyone is always at but you can't go. Trust me I made the same mistake. Hope I helped

I believe that I had to use a cheat thing to get to paradise Island...I'm not sure it's been a while since I played but I know you can get to it.

You have to connect two gameboy advances with the same game, (Sims Bustin' Out), together with a link. Then, after you've done that, go down to the docks and there should be a fishing boat along the docks that will take you to Paradise Island.
