Question for The Sims Bustin Out

2 questions

1) I'm on level 5, and my phone was stolen back on level 2, but ive never replaced it, now I need to since I must call a sculpter, but no one is selling one, the van guy is in jail, where do I get a phone? or how do I get him out to see if he has a phone?

2) The van guy, I know I'm supposed to tell Vera he is there, but how?

1. well, you can either go to the General Store by the Burning Spoke, which is open from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm, or you can go to that one other store (sry, I 4get the name) that's by the Jail and the pizza place.

That's open from 9:00 am to 10:00 or 11:00 pm, im not sure which. but anyways it takes a while for different things to become available. Both stores get new stuff after 12:00 pm I think. Correct me if any of this is wrong! so go there every day in the morning and afternoon.

2. I think Vera already knows so just go and talk to her. She'll have a little (!) sign above her head.
