How do you get gold stars on your trainer card, and how do you get a Lunatone?

You get gold stars by beating the elite 4 and doing other things.You can only catch lunatone on Pokemon sapphire.

You can only get a lunatone by trading one from Sapphire. Or you can Trade one from Pokemon XD:gale of darkness... But you'll have to purify it first.

I think there might be a guide to how to get the stars on this website, but i think you can find a good guide on:

but the deal is:

you start with a green trainer card with no stars.
bronze card one star:beating the elite four
copper card two stars: getting 200 pokemon in your pokedex
silver card three stars: 100 win streak in the battle tower
gold card four stars: gaining master rank in all five contest types.

I'm not sure if you get them if you do those things out of order. say if you beat the elite four and then you gain a master rank in all the contests... maybe you just get a star for each thing completed.
