Does any body know where to find latias pls help

Hey, meanie!... Some people ask questions cos they don't know the answer yet... That's why they're here... Stop being so high and mighty just because you've read a prima guide or looked at serebii... This is, after all, a Q&A page!

Sorry, gkman... If you really mean Latias... Yes, you can only get her in Pokemon sapphire, or choose it in emerald...

But if you actually just meant the Lati for ruby, which is Latios... He is a random encounter in grass or surfing on water after beating the E4... Good luck!

I agree with mitsu, you know things that other people don't know and other people know things that you don't know. So if you don't want other people to make fun of you, don't make fun of them.
Latias is only in Sapphire
If you meant Latios you can find him if you have a level 80 or higher Pokemon and then go to Pacifidlog town and Surf to the left and right and search for about 3 or 4 Pokemon each time. Keep doing this and you will probably find him.

Hey I agree with them to but I'm not sure if my game was glitched adn I've never sued an acrion replay but for some reason on another file I deleted a short while ago I foung both of them and they were in seperate areas at the same time.

and by this I am ABSOLUTELY serious that I did

You need Saphire or emerald, I am not suer about using a GS or AR code

Ok if you want latias you either need to have sapphire or emerald OR you can go to a nintendo event and get the eon ticket OR you can get an AR and get the eon ticket. When you get the eon ticket you will need to go to LILYCOVE not slateport and talk to the lady. She will say something along the lines of That pass wait a second then some guy will come out. You go in the ferrie and come out at southern Island. You go in the bush and click the egg in the middle. Latias will fly down and you will battle him.

To get Latias on Ruby you need an Eon ticket to get to the Southern island. To get one you need to do a Nintendo Event which they stopped making for Ruby. So to get Latias, you need an action replay or a game shark

Unfortunantly, you can only get latias in sapphire and emerald, or you can use an action replay/gameshark
