Talk to the lady in the first floor of the Mossdeep Space Centre. She will give you a Sun Stone. Use it to evolve Gloom into Bellossom.
Train Illumise to Lv 37 to know Covet. Next go to Meteor Falls and keep looking for Solrocks.
They hold Sun stones.
Use covet to steal it from them, then just run.
A sun stone can be obtained by talking to a man in the Mossdeep Space Center, and replicas stolen from wild solrock.
In Mossedeep, there is a Space Station. Inside is a sailor who will give it to you.
There are two ways that you can get a Sun Stone. Here they are:
1: Get one off one of the guys on the first of the level of the Space Center in Mossdeep City.
2: Steal a Sun Stone off a wild Solrock using Thief or Covet. You can only do this if the Pokemon who uses Thief or Covet isn't already holding an item.
If you go to MossDeep City go to the space center and talk to the sailor that is by the blueprints, talk to him and he will give you a sun stone.
