Question for Pokemon Ruby

OK! I have three questions, here goes:

1) How do you get to mirage island?

2) When does the sale at the department store open? Is there only one comercial?

3) I hear you can go to different maps (JHOTO), is this true?

1) I'm not sure myself

2) It has a few commercials leading up to it and 1 on the day

3) No thats a load of rubbish
