It is only on Sapphire. Tell a friend to trade it.

Seviper appears on Route 114 in Sapphire only.

You can find Seviper only In Pokemon Saphire on Route 114.

Seviper can be found near Lanette's house in Emerald (believe me, I've caught it). I have not caught it in Ruby or Saphire, so couldn't tell you where it would be in them.

Serviper isn't in ruby but it's version counterpart is zangoose by lanette's

It may appear in Ruby since zangoose appear in emerald if u keep seviper in the first slot in ur party at route 114 same way seviper may also appear in Ruby if u keep Zangoose in the first slot of ur party , I'm not sure about it but I'm still trying to find
