Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello! I want to know how I can catch a feebas , because today I spend like 5 hours in the river on route 119 surfing and using the super rod but there were only a bunch of carvanas and now I don't know what to do ... How I can get a feebas? Help me please ... I'm a girl ... Ah also we want to know in what level do feebas evolves ... Thanks ! I hope you answer our questions!

Yea, tell me about it!!!! There's something about the sayings in Dewford that change the location of feebas. Check the following site under the Ruby section and I'm pretty sure that you'll find something: http://www.serebii.net/. (I would copy and paste if I were you).

Firstly: I don't care if your a girl (i don't think anyone does)

Secondly: Feebas are there just keep looking. There are 420 some square to catch one on and only 6 have a feebas on it.

Thirdly: you have to get feebas' beauty to maximun using blocks and it will evolve.

Feebas are very hard to catch, there are only 6 spots on the entire route taht you can catch them. What I suggest you do is fish every spot on the bottom big rectangle 2 or 3 times, feebas are very common in the spots that they are in, I believe it it a 50% chance of catching them. And if you don't catch one, go to dewford, and change the trendy phrase, then go back and repeat. Changing the phrase changes the spots where feebas is at, but it is completely random, just because you put in the same phrase as someone else doesn't man they will be in the same spots.And feebas evolves when you max out it's beauty, then level it up.

PS if you find the feebas spot, catch like 5, and make a note of where it is, you really want a feebas taht likes the kind of pokeblocks that raise beauty.

Weel I know that if the trend at dewford town is-upsidown flowers go use the old rod and to evolve it you need to max out it's beuty to full I used 12 kelpsy berries and they turn into blue pokeblocks or I can trade you also raise it up 1 single leveland then it should evolve I went and got so many feebas eggs because my others wouldn't eat any more also I am single haha kidding I ain't getting a girl friend for who knows also I am a boy and I own all 202 Pokemon of hoenn and yes I went to the Pokemon conventions also I live in bloomer wisconsin so good luck
