Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hello people, I got some questions that need some answering...

(1) Why is it that the TM person in Pacifidlog Town is going to get a new TM in 300 something days unlike my sister that is getting one in 4 days?

(2) I have been playing my game for over 130 hours (Nothing to do at my moms house) and still have not found and shiny or different colored pokemon..Is it only in the older versions because I bought my Ruby like 2 months ago.

(3) The guy in Dewford Town (The Hip Guy) his saying is "Lousy Promise" and whenever I try to change it so I can catch a Feebas he says "Blah,Blah..Well personally, I think "LOUSY PROMISE" Is what really is in." How do I get him to change it?

(4) Can someone tell me where all the locations of the berrys are?

(5) Who is excited on the new versions coming out?

#1- All he's going to give you is return if your pkmn likes you ,or frustration if it doesnt like you. Well ,he meens he'll give one to you in 300 something days. Sorry about that!!

#2- There is no exact lokation of the shinies. You can catch them anywhere, they're just really rare.

#3- You should try Ruby Version, or Cool Ruby. usually that works (even if it's in the saphire!!)

#4- Well, I don't know where all of them are, but you get most of them from the berry master and his wife. there are other people that give you rare berries, like there is one in sootopolis on the bottom at the left side of the water.

Well, anyway, to anawer your last question...

I AM VERRY EXITED! I have every virsion you can get (exept the blue, which i can't find anywhere)!!
If you ask me, I'd say that anyone who likes PKMN is exited.

(1) I have no clue. But it's nothing good. It's return or frustration.

(2) No you just have to look harder. I played more than you did but I never saw it either. There is nothing wrong with your game, just keep looking.

(3) You can get him to change it by saying something with the first letter just like the second like example: Ruby Rayquaza.

(4) It's everywhere. You could get some from talking people in ur game. Rare berries are in Mirage Island.

(5) I AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want it so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
