You must beat a Pok�mon Contest at Master Rank with more than four hearts. Get all five and you will get a sculpture.

You have to win the master ranked Pokemon contests, in each catagory. There is one empty canvas for every type of contest you can do. The artist that stands in the top right hand corner of the entrance hall, in the master rank contest hall, will give it to you if you talk to him after you have beaten a mater rank contest. Then go the man who is standing upstairs in the empty art room, and the picture the artist painted of your Pokemon should be there.

I can't remember but I think you have to win a master rank Pokemon contest and the painting of the winner will be put in.
