I have 3 questions. How the heck do you get to marage island? Those old people don't do me any help. Also, How on earth do you get the eon tickets (if possible) without a cheat and what do they do. And last, how do you evolve a golbat into a crobat? I know it needs love and care and al that stuff, but the thing is how do you give it love and care? Please! I'm desprate to complete my pokedex?

To get to marage island it's quite simple ask that man in one of the huts if he can see marage island, if he does head east. (keep going east no matter what unless of course a rock is in the way move out of the way of it and keep oging east). Eon on tickets get you to an island where you can catch the other lati that you couldn't catch after Pokemon league. To evolve golbat to crobat you have to train it when it gets to certain lvl it will evolve.

1. CHEAT---or you have to check in with the old guy looking out the window every day until he says he sees mirage island. You'll be very lucky if he does see it.
2. You get the eon ticket through a nintendo event. You use it to board the ferry in Lilycove and it takes you to Southern island where you can see latias and latios.
3. You have to use Golbat a lot in battle and not give it very many rare candies (that is of course unless you have a code for unlimited rare candies or you have enough to raise Golbat to LV. 100)Golbat will automatically evolve at level 100 if it hasn't already.

1. I dont know the answer to the 1st question
2. To get the eon ticket without cheting is probably a nintendo event but I dont think they have it for ruby no more
3. I really cant remember but i think u have to get it to level 40

Mirage island I have heard is based on some random number that the man and all of your Pokemon have and when the number your Pokemon has and the man's match up he sees the island. I don't know if it is true or not .its only what I read. You can get Eon tickets without cheating buy getting an e-reader and scanning an Eon ticket and to get crobat from golbat you have to get it to like you. To do this you have to keep it in your first slot, don't let it feint a lot so always have potions, and in fire red and leaf green you can get your rival's sister to groom it but I don't think there is a groomer in ruby and sapphire.

You need to go to an old man in pacifidlog and if your Pokemon have the same number as him you can surf to mirage island. You need a cheat code to get an eon ticket. It'll take you to a southern island with latios/latias on it. To evolve golbat it needs you have maximum friendship with you. Give it a soothe bell, don't let it faint, and keep leveling it up.
