Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do you create a secret base?
Also if you need something to create a base where do you get that thing from?

You use secret power on any rock, tree or clump of grass that says you can. If you can see a slight indentation on a rock, a vine hanging down from a tree or a clump of grass by itself, then you can go up to it, it will ask you if you want to use secret power (it has to be taught to a Pokemon first) and you can go in.

There is a person just north as you come out from the desert. He gives it to you, he is standing facing a tree, and if you talk to him he will give you the TM called secret power.

By using the Secret Power TM. Located at Route 117 if I'm not mistaken. It's on the way to Fallabor Town

You get the Tm secret power in the slateport market place then teach secret power to somone and go to the holes in the walls and things.

You create a secret base by using secret power you get that on your way to fallarbor a guy right in front of a tree after coming out of the heat cave

You need a TM Secret Power once you've created a secret base you should buy some decorations....

Secret power. Get it from a tree hugger by talking to him. He is near fallabor
