Question for Pokemon Ruby

1. Hey, this has been really annoying me...
Why is it that sometimes while your cruising down caves or just on the road you hear a pokemon scream?

2. Also when you feed you pokemon pokeblocks, is there any way to make him hungry again?
(I really screwed up my Sceptile by feeding him whatever pokeblock I got because I didn't know they would get full...)

For question #1, there isn't really a reason except to tell you what types of pokemon are in the area. And for #2, there is no way to get them hungry again, you can only feed pokemon pokeblocks with low feel and high level to make them able to eat more overall (this doesnt work after they're already full).

1- They just fit with the song in the area I guess.

2- The exact same thing happened to me and my blazeken. I fed it every pokeblock I made. I didn't know that they would make him full. Sadly ,there is no way to make him hungry.

Aeon-Flux answered:

There really isn't any reason, and for number two it will happen and it's OK.

KnockEmDead1996 answered:

Maybe you are near a trainer battle of some sort or it could be the wild Pokemon in the grass.

You can't refeed.
