Go to your enemy team base at the top right of Lilycove beach,then beat the admin and Maxie will leave in the submarine,and they will be gone.

Drive the Aquas/Magmas out of their hideout and the wailmers will leave the cove. To reach Pacifidlog, travel to Mossdeep City and from there surf south as far as possible, then head west until you reach a large wooden float with buildings on it.

To clear the Wailmer barrier, you need to talk to the Grunts blocking the annals of the Hideout, and one will say that Maxie/Archie is in Slateport. Go to Slateport and eavesdrop on Captain Stern's interview. As soon as Stern finishes, Maxie/Archie will charge him via megaphone to give up the submarine. Once that ends, go back to the Hideout and locate the Admin at the berth, where the submarine is. When you defeat her, the submarine will slink out of the berth. After that, go outside, and the Wailmer will have gone.

Go onto Route 124 and continue way past Mossdeep and Sootopolis. You will come to Route 129. When possible, start going to the west to Route 130. Keep going and you'll eventually dock at Pacifidlog Town.
