How do you make Feebas evolve into Milotic?

You need to MAX out it's BEAUTY. Give it alot of good quality berrys and maybe ones that only gives beauty up, if you don't have enough I suggest you grow some.
And not all feebas likes those berries so it's a good idea to catch a female and a male feebas
Give it blue pokeblocks until it's beauty if full, then grow it a level.
By maxing out it's Beauty level. The only thing is that you CAN'T RAISE ANYTHING EXCEPT BEAUTY.
To max it out, make lots of high quality Blue Pok�Blocks. When it's maxed, Level it up once and wallah, you have yourself a Milotic.
