You weaken it to the red then put it to sleep, paralyze it, or freeze it. Use Timer bals and Ultra Balls.

Its a long and hard process! Try this though:

1. Have a Pokemon with Mean Look (I used Sableye)first in your party.

2. Fly to the same town over and over until Latios is near you.

3. When Latios is near you, use Repels and walk until you find it.

4. Use Mean Look (Give whatever Pokemon that is Quick Claw) and hope your attack lands first.

5. If your attack does not, repeat steps 2-4.

6. If your attack does land first, slowly chip away at it's health...Sableye is great because bieng part dark, it is immune to Latio's attacks...but if you have someone else, make sure they don't faint, otherwise Latios can run away.

7. THROW DIFFERENT BALLS LIKE CRAZY!!!

You throw another Pok�Ball at it, like an Ultra Ball.

Weaken it a lot and paralyze it and use scary face then chuck ultra balls at it.

Use a Pokemon that knows a move that can trap(example: Block.) Then lower it's health and keep chucking Ultra Balls.
