Is it possible to get Kyogre or any of the other legendary Pokemon from the other games on Pokemon ruby??

You can only get Latios, Registeel, Regice, Regirock, Rayquaza, and Groudon on Ruby. For any of the others, you either have to trade for them or use a cheating device. I know. It sucks.

No, the only legends you cna get are Groudon, Rayquaza, Latios, Regice, Regirock, and Registeel.
