You need to evoplve your treecko and catcxh way more pokemon. And you need to train a bit.
Alright when I was where you were I had a little problem too, but then I remembered that electric type pokemon are weak against ground, or rock, and why havent you still evolved your treeko? That grovlye would be a help too.
Try winning using type advantages instead of brute strength (or better yet, along with it). Get a fighting or ground pokemon and train it up untill about level 20 (or higher if it doesn't know any strong moves). Once you have started the battle use fighting moves to defeat his steel pokemon or ground moves to defeat all of his pokemon.
Raise your Pokemon levels to 35 so you get a better advantage.
Well my advice is evolve your Treeco into a Grovyle and you should be able to beat him.
I had this problem once. Ok get a geodude or graveler,or golem and I am sure they are at granite cave
Let your treeko evolve. Then train it to level 29 it should then learn leaf blade. That should help.

Fighting or fighting/fire are really good against electric. I had Blaziken when I got there and Blaze kick works really well on Magnemite and the others. Also you might want to train a bit more. Hope this helps! :-)
You should max them out and make sure you evolve all that needs to be evolved and then just teach them really powerful moves.
