Feebas is an extremly overrated pokemon...in route 119...theres about 120 tiles in the water area....only 6 contains Feebas and it change everyday in game playing hours.....

So in every move you make....search for it...be patient if you want that Milotic

There are six areas where you can catch it on Route 119. Fish in a certain area and you might be lucky to catch Feebas, good luck.

Feebas appears on route 119. It is in the river near where the weather building is. Feebas only appears in about 6 tiles in the whole river, so it might take a long time before you find one. The tiles Feebas appears in are completely random. You can reset which tiles it is in by changing the trendy saying in Dewford. I suggest you start at the bottom of the river and then work your way up. Fish on each tile about 5-6 times and move on to the next tile, repeat until you finally find it. Once you do find it, Feebas is pretty easy to catch.

I spent ages trying to find it but on route 119 after the first pit of tall grass that you can't cycle through there is a bit of water if you surf acroos there is a fisherman with a feebas he tells you after the battle to fish while surfing a couble of strides away is one of the six places you can find it just search and search it's worth it once youve got one

The best way to catch it is to start in mauville city. Then go right from the Pokemon center. Surf across the water and get the good rod from the fishermen in the bottom corner. Then go up to route 119 and surf to the island. Find the man on the island and use the good rod to start fishing.
