Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do I get the coin case for stowing the coins?
The man says that he thinks the lady next door has one but she only taks about bikes and shopping.

So do you know where I get it?

You need to get harbour mail from slateport city, talk to the woman in the house again and she will trade the harbour mail for a coin case.

When you talk to the lady she says something about mail. You need to go back to Slateport City and buy mail there. I can't remember if there's more than one type of mail available, but if there is then just buy one of each. Take it back to her and she'll exchange your mail for her Coin Case.

The fastest way to get the Coin Case- if you start of at Mauville City- is to go to the Cycling Road. The Cycling Road leads you to Slateport City. There, go to the Poke Mart, and buy one Harbor Mail. They cost 50 Poke Dollars. Then, go back to Mauville City. Go to the house next to Mauville's Poke Mart. Inside the house is a lady who has always wanted a Harbor Mail. If she asks you if she can have the Harbor Mail, say yes. Finally, you receive the Coin Case. Receiving the Coin Case is a huge step of your journey. Good Luck to the rest of it!

You need a Harbour Mail...then go to Mauvile city and talk to a girl who would trade it for you

In Slateport, buy a Harbour Mail. Then go to Mauville and enter the house that is between the Game Corner and the Poke Mart. Talk to the lady there and give her the Harbour Mail, she will then give you the coin case.

Okay you have to go back to slateport and get a sea paper or wingul paper(to write a message)and then you go back to the woman that is supposiviely going to give you a coin case,you talk to her and says she wishes she had a wingull paper,and she wants to trade,you trade her and you get the coincase.
