How do I get Jirachi and Deoxys? I been playing a long time but couln't get them.

Cheating devivces or Nintendo Events.

You have to go to a Nintendo Event. Or you could cheat. You can't catch them in the wild.

Jirachi=Pokemon Colliseum Pre-Order disc.
Deoxys=Cheats.
