How do you get to the Sky Pillar where you find Raquaza.
Please tell me.

After you beat the league...go back to pacifidlog town...go right and find the swimmer who's swimming in squares...on top of him there is a large boulders with a gap...go there and follow the trail to the sky pillar

After beating the Pokemon League go to Pacifilog Town. Go East and you will see a swimmer. There is a gap between the boulders. Go through it and follow the path to Sky Pillar.

After beating the Elite Four, follow these directions:
Go to Mosdeep City. Surf South of it and go West. You'll arrive in Pacifilog Town. Exit Pacifilog to the East and Surf NorthEast. Go through the Rocks and you'll find Sky Pillar. You'll need the Mach Bike to ascend it though.

First, you have to beat the Elite Four in order to able to get there. After beating the Elite Four, fly to Pacificlodge Town. Surf to the East and stay near the top where the rocks are. After a while, you will see an opening between the rocks, go in there and you will see Sky Pillar. Make sure you have a Mach Bike with you.

Go to pacifidlog town near mossdeep island or city wateva it's called then wen you get 2 pacifidlog town surf up then 2 the right abit the you will see some rocks.

You will have 2 weave through them sky pillar will be visable and the floor will be all crumbled so you need a mach bike and go over the floor and go fast and don't stop on the crumbled bits.Then wen you reach the top save it before you battle Raquaza that last bit is a definate yes. And make sure you have 99 ultra balls so you can save the master ball for latios/as. Over And Out
