Question for Pokemon Ruby

I was wondering if a Salamence that knows Dragonbreath, Fly, Crunch, and Brick Break would be good for battle tower, or would a Metagross that knows Meteor Mash, Psychic, Take Down, Pursuit, would be good for Battle Tower?

I can only have one of them for Battle Tower.

Take Metagross, I've entered my metagross in about 20 battles on the lv 100 and it's never been beat.

NINETAILS answered:

So you're Helperman I like what you said about Crossy. Anyway I think Metagross is best because you will have the upper side.

xebecer1913 answered:

If you have to choose one of them as is, I suggest you take Metagross. If you have to pick one of those two but can change their moves I suggest you take Salamence but with the move brick break replaced by flamethrower. If you can substitute these two for another pokemon, use a sableye with brick break, faint attack, shadow ball and night shade instead (note that you will either have to borrow a TM31 or use a breeding chain to teach the sableye brick break; you may also get a sableye with crunch from a chain of this sort, so if you do don't teach it faint attack).

battleangelone answered:

They do, I checked all of the moves.

wishmaker answered:

I think you should enter the pokemon that has a type or 2 that they only have because in the battle tower type really matters.

Aeon-Flux answered:

Yes, they do learn all of the moves.
