Where is souther island. I really want to get Latias. Also how do you get..

1. You need to use a Cheating Device to warp to the Island or legally get the ticket by going to a Nintendo Event.
2. He's in one of those Square Areas of Water on Route 119.

Feebas is an extremely rare pokemon...finding him is like finding a needle in a 200 000 square acre rice field...

Cheating is your only hope!

1) You can only go to Southern Island by obtaining the ticket to go to Southern Island. You get that ticket by attending a nintendo event or by using an Action replay or a Gameshark cheat device.

2) You can Feebas on Route 119 by Fishing. Use a good rod or super rod to catch him although he's not easy to find. It will take you a while depending how lucky you are but you should catch him after a while.

To get to the Southern Island, you need an Eon ticket. The easiest way you can get that is to use a gameshark/action replay to cheat. Once you have it go to the ferry and talk to the girl, then the ferry will take you to the Southern Island where you can catch Latias. Feebas is hard to get. It's in the river just outside the weather place. You can find it on only 6 or so tiles in the river. Catching Feebas takes a lot of patience.

FEEBAS is an extremely rare Pokemon, but with patience and dedication you'll get him/her. Here's a simple instruction on finding feebas:
Go to route 119 and surf on the river till you're at the bottom part where there are rocks. Start to fish on every tile and remember that you are fishing on the tile that you are facing not the one you are on. Start from the bottom most tile and go up up up. I suggest using an old rod to eliminate the other pokemons and make your work faster. There are only two pokemons caught by an old rod, magikarp and feebas. Fish on the same tile for three times and move on.

Gather up your skills and go get that feebas!
