I need help ... I sold my dig TM to the pokemart and I need dig to get the regis and I don't know where to get it so if someone caln help id apreciate it alot thank you

If you lost your DIG TM...
Then there is no chance for you to find another.
But if you have a diglet, you may be able to have dig but diglet is not found in ruby. You'll have to trade it from FR/LG.

Go to the Desert and catch a Trapinch. Train Trapinch to Level 41. DO NOT EVOLVE TRAPINCH THOUGH. At Level 41, Trapinch learns Dig.

Just find a Pokemon who knows dig or if you can trade with someone ask them to make the Pokemon they are trading hold the dig TM

If you go to the desert and catch trapinch and get it to flygon he will still learn dig I have mine with fly and dig
