Underwater route 26...the seaweeds...preferably to use Sweet Scent when searching...

You need to go to Sootopolis City, go to the entrance and use Dive. Now that you're underwater, search the underwater grass, or seaweed. Relicanth will eventually appear, it's quite rare.

You can get a million Clamperl's there while you wait though -_-"

You can find Relicanth you have to dive( HM08 can be obtained from Steven in his house, once in Mossdeep City go northwest to find his house ) in the water where it's darkest from Lilycove City to route 126, once under water go to the kelp grass or what ever and keep looking intill you find Relicanth.( He's hard to catch)

You can find him in any underwater fields. It takes a while, but he's there. =]

It's found undersea, near sotopolis. I found mine on the seaweeds. It may not be easy but you'll just have to keep looking and you'll eventually find it.
