Shadow Ball is in Mt.Pyre...as for Solarbeam....

TM 22: Solarbeam. Solarbeam is found in the Safari Zone.
TM 30: Shadow Ball. Shadow Ball is found in Mt. Pyre.

TM22(SolarBeam) can be found in the Safari Zone across the water that is at the upperleft hand side of the SZ as for shadowball I don't remember sorry.

TM22 (Solarbeam): Safari Zone
TM30 (Shadow Ball): Mt. Pyre

Solarbeam is in the safari zone but you will need the mach bike to get to it. It is on a small island after you go up the slippery slope and surf on the first water you come to.

I don't know about shadowball.
