I have 2 questions and one statement
 
 1. Where can I find a staryu and if it's with a rod(old,good,super) which one would be best to use.
 
 2. How come it won't let me trade between my Emerald and Ruby, I really need to know cause I only need 10 more Pokemon to complete the ruby pokedex!:D
 
 The statement id like to say is why does everyone answer one question like 5 times, when someone has already said the same thing, why put it again, it gets really annpoying reading 5 things that ALL end up being the same
 
 
 If you have any questions otherwise about ruby, besides gamshark codes jsut ask me, Ill know except the things above. Also I know a lot of things about Pokemon Red,Yellow,Blue and the TRUTH behind misingo, got any questions about those, leave a question and illa nswer it.

Find Staryu by using a Super Rod in Lilycove. I don't know why it won't let you trade between Ruby and Emerald. And to your statement, people don't know that someone has already answered the question, so they do it. Answers aren't posted right after they're submitted. Please keep comments like this to yourself.

I have one answer (sorry, don't know the other one) and one reply to your one statement:

1) Use a Super Rod in Lilycove City. It won't appear with any other rod, and you'll need to look for a bit since Wailmer are quite common.

2) Don't know :( Sorry.

1. Super Rod.
2. Because you need to statisfy the Hoenn Trading Conditions and make sure you've one all that they require, and that you aren't trading incorrect Pokemon to Ruby(Like Deoxys or Mew).

Your statement can be "answered," to answer it, people ALL answer the question at different times, however, Dennis(Sanzano) accepts the Submission and they are all posted here, which is why you see a million answers for one question.

1.Super Rod in Lilycove City.
2.I don't think you can. It's only between Firered Emerald Ruby and Sapphire. I think you can only trade between Firered and those games. You can't trade between Emerald and Ruby.
