Where do I find the shoal salt because I cannot find it in shoal cave?

Are you looking during low tide?

If so, search for what appear to be mounds of earth, since these are shoal salts.

Ok...Every 6 hours High tide and low tide switch in and out...you can locate the shoal salt during low tide...

Climb down the stairs and ther'll be a cave in the upper right...enter...climb up the stairs NEXT to the cave and then climb down the stairs in the upper section...

Climb down the ladder and collect your first shoal salt...go up the stairs and up the ladder...cross the bridges and down the ladder...talk to the man to get Focus band,collect the shoal salt and exit through the lower left cave...

2 shoal salts remain...one is right in front of you and the other is up the stairs and is on the right side...

In shoal cave the tide is sometimes high and low. You can find different items depending on what the tide is. I think shoal salt appears when the tide is low.

You have to find it during the low tide, it's most easiest that way.

The shoal shell can be find there during low tide and the shoal salt can be find in the cave during high tide.
